Dwayne has served as the head pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. The church was founded in Charlotte, North Carolina. He also serves as the pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about empowering future generations of biblical counselors. He serves as a board director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous articles on the internet and a contributor to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three kids along together with his wife Leslie.
