Jo Lindner posted fitness-related tricks, tips, and routines via his Instagram. Jo passed away from an aneurysm in June, 2023. He was just 30 years old. The day before his death the pain was felt in his neck. Noel Deyzel (a fellow bodybuilder) confirmed the death of his friend by sharing it on Instagram. His former girlfriend Nicha was also on the same page.
