Gerina-Piller

Born on March 29th, 1985 in Roswell New Mexican. Gerina Michelle Mendoza has been her given name. Gerina Stevenson is the daughter of Mexican parentage Rita Stevenson (mother) and Alan Stevenson (father). She has Mexican origins, however she is American as a national. Since she was a child she's always had a strong determination to be involved in sports. Gerina took up golf for the first time at age 15. Gerina went to Goddard High School. The school won the New Mexico State Golf Tournament at the age of high school. In addition, she was a volleyball player at the national level. The year 2003 was the time she was enrolled in the University of Texas. Through the latter years of her career, she was the winner of every event in which she competed. During her college career, she received an award called the Conference USA Player of The Year award and the Female UTEP Sports Athletics Award.
