Molly Tarlov is an American actress who is famous for her role in the recurring character Sadie Saxton in the teen comedy-drama TV show Awkward, since 2011. Tarlov is the youngest child of two and was raised in Manhattan. When she was 10, Tarlov began her acting career in the show Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. The 7th year olds who watched the show were awestruck. Her summers were spent studying at NYU Tisch and Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College granted her a bachelor's degree in theater. The school she attended was The Atlantic Theater Company and she was able to integrate writing into her performance in The LAByrinth Theater Master class. Molly transformed her black winter coat for a pair of black sunglasses when she arrived at Los Angeles. It wasn't long before she landed a 3-word role on iCarly, which attracted the interest of her parents. She's since made several television shows as well as Caitlin, the main role in Winnie as well as Savannah Dooley's ABC Family show Huge. Molly pretends that she can perform basketball with ease despite the fact that she's not. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
